1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If there’s any issue, please let us know right away by emailing zetrunk@proton.me
2. Eligibility
Refunds and returns are only available for purchases made directly through our website.
3. Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. Just package the artwork carefully and return the items, and we’ll refund the full original cost (including the postage). You’ll cover the return cost, and we’ll refund the item cost plus original shipping.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you have been sent an incorrect item, please let us know by emailing zetrunk@proton.me within 24 hours of delivery.
Include clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork so we can assess the issue quickly.
Where packing or transit damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
We’ll cover the return postage in these cases.

6. How & When Refunds Are Issued
Once we receive and inspect the return — typically within 7 business days — we’ll process your refund using the original payment method. You’ll receive both item cost and any paid original shipping, where applicable.
